Oscillating Knife Cutting Control System
RDD6616U(-DFM) integrates the processing methods of vibrating cutter, circular cutter, milling cutter, pressing wheel and other tools. Besides, it integrates automatic feeding, ultra-wide segmentation cutting, circular punching without direction, V-shaped punching with direction, brush processing and red light positioning. The controller features up to 16 axes stepping and servo driver control interfaces with 16 limit input, 27 special/ general input and 43 general output. Besides, it is equipped with 7” industrial touch screen with powerful function and easy operation, and has USB2.0 and 10/100M network communication and USB flash drive file copy function. It can work in online and offline modes. At the same time, it reserves the intercommunication interface of the external extension devices.
